will using an exercise bike just make my calves and thighs bigger?

i dont have that much muscle in my legs and i want them to get thinner. Will using an exercise bike get them thinner or will it just make them bigger with muscle?
 
It's difficult to accurately answer this - everyone's bodies respond differently to exercise. Generally, I'd have to say that as a female, first your legs will be thinner. You would notice toning before an increase of muscle.
And then if you keep doing it and use supplements, you'll probably see an increase in muscle. But it would most likely be very gradual.
