will using an exercise bike and wii fit help lose weight?

I'm a 14 year old girl, about 5'8" and around 135 pounds. I'm pretty active, I play soccer on the weekends and go bowling everyday. I'm thin for the most part, but I have a little extra weight I'd like to get rid of. Specifically my stomach. I know the exercise bike doesn't really help your stomach, but I know it can help lose weight anyway. I also have Wii fit, would those exercises help me too?

So if I do these everyday would it help or just be a waste of time?
And what else can I do to help lose weight?
 
Anytime your doing an exercise that increases your heart rate your burning extra calories. To lose weight you need to burn more calories then you take in. So yes using a bike will help you burn more calories and boost your metabolism thus lose weight if your eating right. However the most important part to losing weight is eating healthy food.
