Will using an electric pedal bike help lose love handles?

I'm going to start eating MUCH better starting tomorrow when I go grocery shopping too. Im starting to do sit ups, push ups and more stretches at night too. We have an electric bike in our basement that I can use. I need to tone my legs so i will probably use it for at least that. Will using the bike help my love handles too? What else can a bike help?
GUYS. I appreciate the advice but the electric pedal bike doesnt do anything its ME PEDALING THE BIKE. Its the exact same as riding a real bike. Its only electric by telling how many calories i have burned etc...IT DOESNT PEDAL FOR ME!!!! That would be so STUPID! I'm not stupid or fat. I can ride my bike miles, i dance every day for and hour and fifteen minutes.
 
It's the quality of the exercise you do that makes the difference. An exercise bike is a good solid cardio workout that will use slightly different muscles than your dancing. It will help tone your legs and lower back. This along with a proper eating program will help you achieve your goals.

I applaud your desire to mix up your workouts. This will help prevent both boredom and leveling out on progress. These in addition to calisthenics will be real keys to success. Some people get great results with weights. This is optional, but it does work. BTW, chin-ups are better exercise for your abs than crunches because almost everyone does crunches incorrectly. Chin ups use even more muscles than crunches and prevent bad form. Use a foot on a chair if necessary for the extra help.
