===Will unplugging electronics make a noticeable dent in my bill?===?

I live in an old apartment with few outlets and we have a multi-outlet that holds my TV, dvd player and surround sound system. All these electronics light up somehow when powered off. (OFF, not standby) It would be easy to unplug all these if it would be beneficial to my bill. I also heard that keeping your cell charger and other electronics plugged in use electricity even when powered off. Will unplugging these items like my lamp, air conditioner, microwave (the time stays lit) when not in use make any noticeable difference on my electric bill? Thanks for any help!!!
