Sorry i don't know about ultrasnow unlocking method.Because i didn't used this method to unlock my iphone for international use.
I got my iphone unlocked using remote unlocking service.I bought the service from Unlocking4u.com at low cost.You can get unlock service for Netherlands,UK t-mobile and some other countries network.Check the details there.
