Will turning the bass up on my stereo REALLY HIGH hurt my fish in my aquarium?

While sound-waves won't cause any physical damage, it will cause a great deal of stress to the tank's inhabitants. Stress can lower the fishes immune systems, resulting in disease.

I was chilling today, with my stereo up high enough that when I walked down the hall to my room, I could see ripples in the water of my fish tank coinciding with the bass. My fish were all clustered in a corner, looking confused and more clueless than ever. The bass wasn't hurting them or anything was it?
