Will Toei ever release the 4 DragonBall specials?

I got to thinking, will Toei ever release the DragonBall specials? There hasn't been any news of them being released as DBox singles and it would be wierd to see them not release the series in its entirety. Or are they waiting for DragonBall Kai to come out first or what? Hopefully they will include the Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans feature and the safety videos with them. Does anyone here think that Toei will release them?
 
well, Plan to blah blah is just a Video Game for a system no one cares about.. so I doubt it. Much like the Zelda CDI games.

I have no idea what specials your referring to that haven't been released on DVD.
 
The 4 dragon ball specials that haven't been released as DBox singles. They were released on the 1st DBox's but not the singles.
