B bio New member Jan 6, 2011 #1 The trackball on mine doesn't scroll down, so i need to clean it. I know I can buy the tools, however I'd like to know if staff at a tmobile store (or at&t or whatever) will clean or open it, or at least let me use their tools without buying one.
