I had only one month away from contract expire last Dec 2009 with Tmobile and I decided to switch it to AT&T and I called T-Mobile to close account and they said it will send Termination Fee $350...I was like it is only one more month and is there anything lower than $350 and they said $350 and nothing more and I refuse to pay that. Now it had been about 7months now and I found out my home had no signal for T-Mobile since I use t mobile for in city most of the time but my bill address is home address where its in deep country 20miles away from city...thats no bars there, no signal at all and I got the letter from debt collector and it seem like it is too late to work it out with t mobile to show them my home had no signal because t mobile already forward all my name my account to debt collector...is there still will work it out with t mobile to prove them I have no signal at home for 2 years before dec 2009 or I have to talk to debt collector and t mobile is out of hand?
Will Tmobile call debt collector to remove Termination Fee?
