Will throwin in 6 miles of biking help me drop the pounds?

im about 6"4 242lbs. i started liftting weights about 6 months ago i lift about 2- 2 and a half hours a day. so far ive lost about 25lbs ,i used to be 267lbs. but now the pounds stoped dropin i was thinkin about biking to the gym for a little cardio to steps things up a notch. its about 3 miles each way so id be goin for six miles altogether. what do ya think? should this do the trick? let me know what you think
yeah i did runnin a little bit nothin too crazy i just cant stay with it. its too boring to me, it hurts but its boring. i just want to lose about another 20 to 25lbs that should get things lookin pretty good i think. i also slip in some abs everyday at the gym.
i dont eat too many meals a day prob like 2 i get up at like 12 or 1pm head to the gym eat when i get back and then have dinner. i eat ok i cut out soda and dont do too much snackin i think that helped a lot with losing the 25lbs before
 
Definitely. Cardio is ultra important for losing weight. Lifting weights is good but the say you should spend 10% of your time working out stretching, 10% weight lifting and 80% cardio. Any mix of that could really work. If you bike you also save on gas money :-)
