...over for a soak? this is how I cook pasta....put it in the water, let it come to a fast boil, turn off the stove, put a lid over it, let it soak, maybe even turn the stove back on, and then store....will this method really cook the pasta? I usually cook whole wheat pasta....I haven't noticed any problems with it....was curious if the pasta is still considered raw if you don't cook it to a boil for many minutes?
