I am a person who doesnt eat very much, i just pick at things. my doctor said i was a little underweight for my height and age and i think she intended for me to eat more. what should i eat without getting fat, but maintaing being skinny. I am about 92 pounds right now and i am about 5 feet and 4 inches tall and i am 12 years old. i think i need to gain about 8-10 more good and healthy pounds more. but how??? and also will not eating from the past stunt my growth? im starting to eat more now btw. and thanks!!
