will this ruin any chances for future intimacy?

i was recently on a blind date with a woman whom parents had set me up with. she was very beautiful and extremely charming. the reason my parents set me up on this blind date is that im 37 years old with an extremely demanding job in the sanitation business that consumes most of my time; therefore i have very little time for relationships or myself. The date started out fantastic. We went to a high end enthic restaraunt. She laughed and flirted like she was having a great time. I was even able to hold her hand from across the table. After the night dwindled to an end we went back to her apartment where we began kissing after enjoying a cup of coffee. this got a little more heated and she took off my pants in the kitchen only to my suprise to find a large brown streak on my white underwear!!! I was so embarassed and wanted to die. She seen the stain immediately paused while she seemed dumbfounded. I knew she was questioning my hygiene and also my mental capacity. she stood up and gave a me what felt like a forced kiss on my cheek and said she was tired and thought it be a good idea for me to leave. I left and went home ashamed. I've tried calling back and left messages with no answer from her. Since then I've seen my parents only once. Soon as I walked into the house they asked me how my date went and began chuckling like they knew what happenend. I'm so humiliated and thats the farthest I"ve gotten with a woman since college. Do you think any future chances are ruined with her?
