Will this plan work out for my athletics in college?

I transferring from a community college to a regular college. Athletes have four years of eligibility from the moment they suit up. So I'll be in my junior year with four years left. If I go to a D3 college and play two sports, and go to a different graduate school to play my last two years of one of those sports at a D1 or D2 level, will it still be possible to get drafted and/or picked up by a team in the NFL if I'm good enough?

So basically:
Community college: no sports
Undergrad: sport for 2 years (D3)
Grad: sport for 2 years (D1 & D3)
