Will this phone work with a rogers network or any others in Canada?

So I found this cute Hello Kitty phone on eBay and was wondering if it would work for rogers, or any other provider in Canada that has pay as you go.

If its locked with a different network, you need to unlock it. I suggest you can approach unBBlock.com and specify the country,locked network of phone.Based on the availability you can get the permanent unlock service along with free instructions.
