Will this person go to jail for this?

Trespassing, disorderly intoxication and resisting arrest without violence? In Florida... was arrested in September put in jail for 3 days and let go on pre-trial release. The court date is coming up and I'm wondering what are the odds they will be put back in jail if charged?
 
Unlikely, where I live the person really won't go to jail unless they have other more serious things on top of it. They may get a fine but that's really all, hell in most case the police won't even arrest them they will just take them to the drunk tank
