Will this PC play games well?

I was just wondering if this PC will play games like gears of war and call of duty 4 good with these specs:

core 2 quad (2.4ghz)
4gb DDR2 800MHZ
Radeon HD3450 256MB
500GB hard drive
32-bit Vista

Well yeah but i would suggest getting a better graphics card, at least a radeon 3850
