Will this laptop run these games on medium - high with no lag?

The laptop is:
ASUS N61 Series N61Jq-B2 NoteBook Intel Core i7 740QM(1.73GHz)
4GB Memory DDR3 1066
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5730

I would like to run games like fallout new vegas world of warcraft crysis and bad company 2 at max or relitivly high settings with no lag or little lag.

Also, would upgrading to 8 gigs of ram show a large differance or is it not worth it? thanks for the answers!
