Will this laptop play the games I want it to?

I'm buying a laptop because I travel a large amount and a desktop would be a massive hassle, plus I wouldn't be able to play it on the plane.
Just need to get that out of the way..

Core Duo #2 Duo T7550 2.26GHZ Processor
4 GBs RAM
500GB SATA Hard Drive
ATI HD 4530 512MB DDR3 Video Card

Will this play the games I want it to play? Call of Duty 4, Team Fortress 2, Call of Duty 5, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, Company of Heroes, Counter Strike Source... I'll probably buy other games like Farcry 2 etc.
I'm not massively fussed about being able to play it on higher graphics or not because it is a fairly cheap computer, and I understand that the graphics card is quite good...
Anyways, any help in regards to this would be fantastic.
