Will this help me get toned/lose some belly fat?

Ok, i usually work out about 5 times a week doing weights, usually heavy/medium weight for an hour and a half. I've been getting into cycling more, just because i like being able to sit down and listen to my music and relax at the end of a workout. From the last few cycling sessions i've had, i usually burn about 200 calories in 20 minutes ( i go on a medium pace but ussually average 90-100+ rotations a minute). Even if its not always 20 minutes, i plan on burning 200 calories from cycling after every workout, so thats an extra 1000 calories a week.. Also, i know you can't target a specific area to lose fat, but will this help some of the excess fat on my stomach? And i have been starting to to watch what i eat, i dont just reach for a snack any more when im lounging, but when i do, i try to not eat as much, just enough so im not thinking about hunger 30 minutes later. I drink plenty of water, and im not obese either, I just have a little fat i'd like to get rid off, the majority of it being on my stomach
