-biking to school 5 days a week (not on rainy days)
-walking my dog for 20 min
-running 1 mile on my treadmill OR walking up and down stairs for 15 min (switch each day)
-doing sets of strength moves (squat jumps, the plank, pushups, crunches...etc)
Will that exercise routine get my thighs and waist toned?
If not, what should I do?
One last thing, how long will it take before seeing results?
