Two years ago I ruptured my Achilles tendon and had surgery to have it repaired. Now its completely healed and other than a large scar I'm physically sound. Will this injury automatically disqualify me from enlisting in the military? Is it possible to acquire a medical waiver for such an injury? Anyone had the same injury and tried to enlist?
