Will this car charger kill my laptops computer?

If I would use an inverter like this one: http://cache.gizmodo.com/assets/resources/2007/06/ac_inverter.jpg to plug in and charge my laptop in the car with the original charger, would it kill my battery?

I have a 65 watt battery and the inverter is 70 watts. Is it a good idea?
I know it will work, but will it make my battery stop working?
 
i would go ahead if i were u it may make the battery have a little shorter life but i think you would be ok as long as it is not all you use to charge and what i would do is have it all the way charged before you are in the car then only use it if you have to
