I discovered masturbation when I was 5 years old, and until i was about 12, I kept the semen IN when I masturbated(i had liquid semen because I hit puberty early) and I have been doing it even since(I am 17 now, and none of my past four girlfriends complained about their pleasing).But my question is if it will affect my sperm count, penis size and hardness etc... later in life and will it affect my fertility later on in life?
Will this affect me in the future(sexual related question)?
