I have a coonhound puppy and i can tell he is kinda bored. well, hes actually blue heeler and bluetick coonhound, with possibly a hint a beagle. Anyway i want to incorporate scent into some of his games. I though it would be fun if i went outside while hes sleeping and left a light trail of lemon juice in the tall grass leading to a treat.( ithought of just dragging the treat on the ground but the scent might not be left on the ground well and i wanted to make it easy. I picked lemon juice cuz we have a big bbottle of it and my mom said i can use it, and beacuase i thought since it is a strong scent it would be easy for his first time. He is 11 weeks old btw. Thanks!!.
Will this activity be fun for my dog!?.
