will they take me to court?

I moved into my privatleyrented property in nov. I get housing benefit as im a single mother with a baby. A few weeks later i started noticing mold.It got really bad and the lanlord and estate agents where told but never really did much. Just cleaned it with flash, promised to get it treated etc but nothing happened. During all this my daughter had been taken to hospital a couple of times due to severe diarea and sickness. I googled everything and it said these where symptoms of exsposure to mold. The lanlord even requested a check from the estate agents, who in turn promised me that they would be straight onto the lanlord to fix it. But nothing ever happened. I went to my local council and they said if i could find somewhere else to live, i could give the lanlord 4 weeks written notice. I was really desperate so have lent deposit money from my nan and have found somewhere else to live. Now the estate agents are telling me that i cant move out till my tennancy ends in november. I have a diary including pictures of the mold, and i also have environmental health coming round on monday, but what happens regrding the estate agents. What will they do if i move? im a single mother and im worried abut being taken to court. I cant stay here anymore, its effecting my daguhters health and my own. I just want to get out of here now. Can someone please help me.
 
I don't know too much about the law etc. But i do know that you have a very strong case against them if they do take you to court. The landlord should have had the house sorted. Obviously the design of the property has caused the mold (poor ventilation) or the landlord had covered the signs of mold when you had moved in (this happened to my sister recently). Due to it affecting the health of your daughter i think you have a strong argument against them, as it evidently isn't a safe environment to live in. I seriously wouldn't worry.

Environmental health will also be able to support you if they feel the extent of the mold is bad enough.
