Hi people, so i'm 16 and 160 pounds at 5' 8" and im a guy but i want to lose weight and especially make my legs skinnier
will doing 100 pushups (20 per set), 200 situps (50 per set ) and jogging/walking 2 miles a day help much?
and im also trying to stay under 1500 calories if possible by eating roughly 500 calories each meal
