Will these rims fit? Need answer before tomorrow?

Center bore issue. This car is not being driven anymore just switching rims!!! I have a rim with 64.1mm bore but the car im putting it on which is not being driven has a bore of 66.1mm can i make it fit just to be sitting on rims!? is 2mm really that tight!? will it aleast bolt up enough to sit in my cousins backyard for another 10years? ITS A CAR THAT DOESNT MOVE NOT GOING TO BE DRIVEN EVER AGAIN
