I know about eating and all that, this is the technical stuff.
I'm female, 18, near 200 lb. is my guess (don't have a scale) I wear size 18 in pants and XL in shirts. (I carry most of my weight in my thighs/hips)
So this is what I am doing currently two days a week for an hour or so. (I'm trying to work up to at least five days a week exercising)
Biking and jogging for my legs/butt area.
Swimming, pushups, situps for arms/torso.
So granted I get enough sleep, rest a couple of days, eat right, drink water, I should see/feel some results in a couple of months right?
