Yes! Season 6 airs Fridays at 9/8c Fall 2010 and will run through May 2011 for a full season of 22 episodes on The CW. It presumably will be the final season.
Seasons 1 - 4 are on DVD now. Season 1 will be on Blu-Ray sometime this month, Seasons 3 & 4 are already on Blu-Ray. Season 5 will be on DVD and Blu-Ray September 7*, 2010.
*The exact date is liable to change, but it will be in September.
