I'll be going for my BS in Secondary Education with a concentration in Earth Science/Geology.. I know the consensus is that math and science teachers are in demand, but specifically will there be enough of a need for Earth Science teachers at the secondary level, or even qualified physical science teachers in the middle-school spectrum of secondary education? ~ Recently declared my major as this because I believe my passion is teaching science. (Add. Note: Live in NY area, but am willing to move where the jobs are); thanks for any helpful input.
