No on knows. But I am pretty sure we will all be dead and gone when it does end. Because a lot of awful things has to happen before it does.

There is no scientific evidence to support ANY date in the future when the world will end.
But there are some known threats:
2036 is a possibility - there is a 1 in 45,000 chance that 99942 Apophis will hit us that year.
2850 is another - a 1 in 300 an asteroid (sorry, I forget the name) will hit us.
Other than that, the only known date of when the world will end is in about 3 billion years (give or take a million) when the sun will start to expand into a red giant and broil the Earth.

We colliding with moving black holes, or colliding into other galaxy that are moving closer us.
Actually the human race it self can kill us, but i don't know when, but if Adolf Hitler was able to make a Holocaust, I'll bet theirs a High chance one person would be born and do something even worse...
Germs, or humans inventing their own germs, like making bronchitis as catch able as the common cold, and i bet even make cancer as catch able as the common cold.
But, like the comparison of Adolf Hitler, maybe theirs also a high chance their can be so much smarter then Einstein and save us with all their inventions.

Yes, the world will eventually due to one of the following:
1. The sun will expend it's hydrogen in about 5 billion years. Prior to this, it will begin to expand as internal pressures build. It will envelope the inner planets.
2. A very very big rock of sufficient mass hits the Earth.
The year 2012 will come and go just like every year to date. The world is not ending.
