The CDMA iPhone (Verizon) is electronically capable of working on Boost Mobile, but right it's software is locked to only Verizon. Just like the iPhone was locked to AT&T when it first came out, people unlocked it for T-mobile or international carriers besides AT&T. This new iPhone for Verizon have been jailbroken, but the baseband has not been hacked to flash it to any other service provider. Not yet, but it's only a matter of time.
