a concentration camp AGAIN? During WWII, President Roosevelt signed an executive order that forced people of Japanese descent to leave their homes and live together in camps away from the coast. The Supreme Court ruled that was constitutional, saying that the government's need to protect against spying outweighed individual rights. That decision has never been overturned. Think the government forcibly relocate members of any ethnic or religious group associated with terrorism again?

Sorry Stas, but it was not found unconstitutional. Korematsu's convinction was overturned by a LOWER court in 1983 cause the government had lied. But the Executive Order has not been found unconstitutional
