Will the US Army pay for your travel if you apply in a foreign country?

I'm a US citizen living in NZ and I think I may want to join the US Army.

If I join the Army, will the US Army pay for my flight back to the US for training and stuf or not?

If I have to pay for my own travel expenses then I won't bother.
