Will the PS2 damage my tv?

I have a 52' mitsubishi DLP tv. I was wandering if the PS2 will bleed through the screen. I read some things online that say the PS2 will damage a projection TV, but not an LCD or DLP TV. I'm not sure exactly what the truth is, thanks for your input

The newer projection TVs shouldn't have that problem. I know people who've been using them for years gaming and there wasn't much a problem.. The issue with them was having the same bright item on the screen for long periods of time (like say leaving it paused for several hours).
You shouldn't have a problem but to be on the safe side don't use leave it paused for a long span of time.
