Will the pollution from a new Honda Civic be enough to kill you?

I think it could be the best way to suicide but not sure if it will kill me or not. What about super gluing your mouth to the exhaust pipe and then using a remote starter to start your Civic? Will that kill you?
Least of worries? How come?
