Will the military pay for pet relocation?

My husband and I are being stationed overseas in Naples, Italy. He's in the Navy. We were looking into getting a pet before we go and I was wondering if the Navy will help pay for the relocation of the pet or if we're stuck funding it on our own? Any insight will be appreciated.
