Will the military accept me with my problem?

So I just turned 17 and since I was little i wanted to be in the service but the only thing I think is holding me back is what I was born with. I was born with Pectus Excavatum a chest deformity and well since of last year i have had surgery done to put a bar in to push it out. it is still in but hopefully it is going to be taken out by my 18th birthday. So I was wondering if I can still go into the military with this under my belt. So if anyone knows others like me but who actually got in then that would be great.
 
The AF probably won't let you in. It's very hard to meet the requirements to join the AF. The army will be easier.
