Will the Mazda Warranty cover these issues on my 2008 Mazda 3?

My car has 23,000 miles on it - I've kept up the oil changes - I do not drive irresponsibly (i.e., no racing, etc.) There are three things wrong with it:

1. The trunk latch stopped working and I can no longer open it from the inside of the car.

2. The AC is no longer blowing cold air.

3. A part of the console came out with I tried to remove my car charger and won't go back in. All I did was reach down to pull it out, and the whole thing came out....I didn't jerk it out or was rough with it, it just came out.

I just need to know if I should take it to the dealership - I don't want to take it if it's not covered by warranty because they'll charge an arm and a leg. I called them to see if it was covered, but all they said was to bring it in and they'll "look at it." I don't trust them at all.

Thanks!

They can't answer of the phone, they need to see it.

They won't charge to "look at it" and then you will know if they are going to cover it or not.

The fact it is a 2008 I would say the warranty is still in effect if you have not abused the car to cause the problems (and you say you haven't, so you should be good).

If your dealer makes you feel like you are being cheated, you can always go to a different Mazda dealer. You warranty is good at any Mazda dealer, not just the on you bought it from.
