He was on deferred probation for felony 1 and felony 3 charges and had 2 1/2 years left. His mom placed false charges on him for aggravated sexual assault (she's crazy and has denied him from the day he was born) and they took him in. If he is proven innocent and gets out, will they still consider it as a probation violation? What do you think will happen??
