Will the HTC Tilt 2 for AT&T be under $100 by the end of the summer or around October?

I will be available for an upgrade at the end of the summer and i really want the HTC Tilt 2 but it is so expensive right now and i heard they are coming out with the new Tilt called the Tera this summer so i was hoping it would come down by then.
