Will the HTC HD2 get Windows Mobile 7?

My cell phone plan expired and I'm debating what phone to get. I have to go with T-Mobile, and the best phone I see from them is the HTC HD2. When Windows Mobile 7 comes out, will I be able to upgrade my HD2 to WM7? Also, are there any good smart phones coming to T-Mobile soon?
