Will the headlight unit of a Honda Accord 1999 USA version fit on the europe version?

Hi, i live in the UK and bought a used Honda Accord 1999 model.i want to change the headlight units with a new beam headlights however the lights are normally for the Accords in USA and so my question is that will they fit on the europe version of Accord?, i will greatly appriciate any help.
