Will the Hard Candy Tinted Moisturizer work for me?

I really want to buy it but im scared it will like break me out?
I have Dry Skin on like my forehead and the rest is normal but i have Sensitive Skin..
Will it moisturize and not break me out please help me..Opinions needed
