Will the Fullmetal Alchemist games (PS2!) ever come out as PAL?

Or have they in the past? I've looked from the Sony site to ebay, and I found nothing. :( Have they been made years ago and am I just too late to the fandom? Or is it one of those games that only NTSC regions get to enjoy?
