Hi. I am 15 years old (soon to be 16), 5'3, and I weigh 156 pounds.
Yes, I do in fact know I am overweight. Very, in fact.
I want to shed a lot of pounds and get fit before summer vacation comes.
I am planning on the following:
-balanced diet
-more sleep
-jogging for 30 minutes each morning (or a mile each morning)
-going to the gym about 4-6 times a week (first I would start off with 3 times and then increase that as I get used to it)
-dancing (possibly a class)
***kickboxing is a possibility if I don't do dancing.
Advice? Tips? What do you think? How much do you think I can lose in a month or 2 if I follow this?
