My wife has waited too long for her residency, and our immigration lawyer says we should wait it out a bit more. She is one test a way from getting her teaching cert, and is ready to fulfill her dream!

i really hope so. the DREAM act was reintroduced in march 2009 so hopefullly they will vote and it will pass. the third times the charm!!
there has been talk that an immigration reform will be passed in 2010 after congress has tackled health care. its said it would be more likely to go through his time do to the decreasing flow of illegal immigrants across the border, and the increasing number of illegal immigrants returning home.
so hope and pray with me that something will happen soon.
