Will the CoolerMaster Hyper 212 fit with my system?

MOBO: MSI 970A-G45 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
CPU: AMD FX-4100 Zambezi 3.6GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor FD4100WMGUSBX

It's a great MOBO and CPU but the Cooler on the CPU is weak, so I was wondering if the CoolerMaster Hyper 212, which is compatible with my AM3+ socket will fit in my system? It is about 120mm fan with an extra 2 inches on the bottom, but I don't have a good grasp of the exact space it will cover. I cannot allow my PCI-E slots to be covered and I can only allow 1 of the RAM slots to be covered, but I would prefer it if none were. I will use slots 2 & 4 for my 2 sticks of DDR3-1600 4GB but desire the ability to expand my RAM at a later date without purchasing 8 GB sticks.

So, pretty basic. Will this Cooler fit on my system? There will be plenty of room in the case so depth isn't a concern.
Also, if by all means I've made a mistake and/or you know of a better cooling system to fit my needs here, please let me know. I took notice that some sites do not note it as working with AM3+ and only mark up to AM2, so there is a chance that my one source was misinformed.
