I recently got an iPhone 4s and today I accidentally dropped my phone in a glass of Gatorade. Only the lower quarter of the phone got submerged and I pulled it out within a second or two and dried it off and i let it sit to get all the water out. At first the home button would not work, but as of right now the home button, speaker, and microphone are all working, but whenever the phone is in use there is a static noise that comes from the bottom near the dock and the person at the verizon store said that the noise is the chip frying out. I looked at the moisture indicators and the one in the bottom is pink but the top is still white. I just got this phone about a week ago, will the Apple store fix it?
